In the USA, BBQ is a veritable art form - and like every art, barbecue also has its supreme discipline:

the "Holy Trinity" of barbecue.​

We have reinterpreted it in a Central European way.

Slow food meets fast food.​

Our supreme disciplines are genuine schnitzel "Viennese style", Swiss "cordon bleus" and, as a well-rounded all-rounder, diverse "burger" variations.

All combined in "Trinity".

You can choose from a wide range of variations. In addition, you can choose from a wide range of toppings that make each dish unique. ​

Delicious vegetarian and vegan versions with all the tasty toppings are of course also available.
